What is MAP Sensor

Typically found in fuel injected engines, the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor is one of the sensors an engine control module (ECM) uses to calculate fuel injection for optimal air-fuel ratio by continuously monitoring intake manifold pressure information.

What happens when a MAP sensor goes bad

When A faulty MAP sensor sends incorrect values value to the ECM, the ECM will determine the engine is at high load. This causes the ECM to inject more fuel into the cylinders and advance spark timing, resulting in excessive fuel consumption and can lead to a high idle as the ECU may not be able to properly regulate the air-fuel mixture.

An idle air control valve, also called an idle air sensor control motor, is an electrically operated valve that controls the amount of air that bypasses the throttle plate in cars with a fuel injection system [source: Autozone]. This causes the idling speed of the engine to change as needed

What happens when idle sensor goe bad?

It is programmed to regulate and maintain a constant engine idle speed, and a ​​faulty idle air control valve will not be able to control the speed anymore. This will result in abnormally high or low idle speed, or in some cases, the idle speed will repeatedly climb and fall.

Cara setting trottle body

Langkah 1: On kunci selama 2 minit

Langkah 2: Off kunci

Langkah 3: Onn kunci dan kemudian tekan minyak selama 10 saat (throttle body akan keluar bunyi tak tak)

Langkah 4: Off kunci dan tarik keluar kunci

Langkah 5: Start enjen macam biasa.
